Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Carriers: We ship via UPS, USPS, and occasionally DHL. You will receive an email with tracking information upon shipment of your package.
International Shipping: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on orders over $100. This applies to most items in our store except for Gift Baskets, Aromatherapy Diffusers and Liquid Soap Refills. These products are bulky or fragile and require extra protection and care to ensure they arrive safely. Our discounts cannot be combined with free shipping.
Turnaround Time: The total shipping time for your order is our turnaround time plus the time in transit. For information about transit times, visit the USPS and UPS websites. We strive for a 24 - 48 hour turnaround upon receipt of payment, but during busy times such as the holiday season, it can be as much as 3-4 days. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on the following Monday or Tuesday. All orders are shipped from Napa, CA.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Make sure to choose a secure location to receive your shipment. If the tracking on your package shows delivered, please contact the carrier that was used for your shipment to help further.
Note: We reserve the right to change our shipping options and amounts at any time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (this includes the plastic wrap that surrounds each individual bar soap). You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as Custom Gift Baskets, special orders or other personalized items), items marked as Final Sale or Discontinued, and Gift Cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us.
